🔐 Why did my session expire or become invalid?
For your security, our system automatically ends sessions when certain conditions are detected. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. Your session may end early for any of the following reasons:
Inactivity timeout
If there is no activity for a period of time, the session expires automatically.
Examples:
- Leaving the tab open without interaction
- Switching to another app or browser tab for too long
Browser or device changes
Your session is securely bound to your browser environment. If this environment changes, the session is invalidated.
This can happen if:
- The browser updates or reloads unexpectedly
- Browser extensions modify request headers
- You switch devices or browsers
- Developer tools or privacy tools alter browser behavior
Security validation failure
If the system detects unusual behavior that could indicate session misuse, it immediately ends the session.
This does NOT always mean someone accessed your account, but we log you out as a precaution to keep your data safe.
Network changes
Certain network changes may affect session validation.
Examples:
- Switching networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)
- VPN or proxy changes
- Unstable connections
🛡️ Why do we do this?
Ending a session early is a protective measure. It prevents stolen or tampered sessions from being reused. If anything looks unusual, we choose safety over convenience.
✅ What should I do?
Simply log in again. If this happens frequently:
- Try disabling conflicting browser extensions
- Avoid using multiple devices at the same time
- Ensure a stable internet connection
